Andrew Rollins, PhD

Andrew Rollins is CWRU Professor of Biomedical Engineering with research interests in the development and application of advanced biomedical optical technologies, especially optical coherence tomography, including  optics and instrumentation, signal processing and analysis, and image analysis and visualization. His current projects include applications in ophthalmology, cardiac electophysiology, and developmental cardiology.  He is an active researcher and trainer with the Uganda-CWRU Research Collaboration with a funded Fogarty International Center training grant – Strengthening Research Capacity in Innovative Global Health Technologies for Non-Communicable Diseases in Uganda.
